separate the animal from the shell. wash the peels well. if desired, remove the coral. drain the shells and place them on a baking sheet.
place one or two shells on top of each animal, depending on the size. Season each one with salt and pepper, a pinch of chopped garlic, lemon juice, a little butter and cover with Parmesan cheese. add a few drops of water on top.
Bake in the oven at 400 ° f (200 ° c) for approximately 10 minutes, to bake well.
