Preparation

Despite its somewhat bombastic name, this is one of the easiest recipes to make you've ever seen. also, it is very fast, not even 20 minutes, including cooking and everything.

to start, we season the salmon fillets and place them in a shallow dish. We water it with the glass of white wine, cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven preheated to 180º for 15 minutes.

While the salmon is being made, we put on the sauce, to prepare it, just mix the lump roe with the cream until a sauce of light consistency is generated.

Once we have the loins ready, we reserve them and prepare a second sauce with the juice resulting from cooking. To do this, we add a little oil, salt and pepper and beat briefly with the mixer so that it binds well.
Finally, to serve, we place the salmon on the plates, sprinkle them with the wine sauce and then cover them with the caviar sauce. to give it a little color and aroma we can sprinkle a pinch of dill, which suits it very well.
