Preparation
Start by peeling and chopping the garlic cloves, chop the pepper, chop the parsley.
Peel the raw shrimp without washing.
In a clay pot, heat three tablespoons of olive oil.
When the oil is hot, add the garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute and then add the chilli.
Then add the prawns, season and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
Finally, saute on a rapid fire for 4 minutes, shaking the casserole from time to time and serve.
