Preparation
Boil the peppers in a pan of water until they are tender.
Then drain and beat the peppers in a blender with the tomato sauce.
Pass through a colander and reserve this hot sauce.
Finely chop the head of garlic and the onion. Place it in a frying pan over medium-low heat with butter or margarine until golden brown.
After the golden onion, add the peeled shrimp and mix with the onion and garlic. Let cook until they get a very pink color.
Add the pepper and tomato sauce and season with salt to taste.
Leave the shrimp on the fire for another 1-2 minutes, to get the taste of the spicy, and it is ready to serve.
