Preparation

In a blender or processor, place the almonds and sunflower seeds already soaked, washed, drained with water, beat until almost pasty, if necessary add a little more water and then place in a serving dish.

Add celery, red onion, lemon juice, seaweed powder, dill, parsley and salt, mash everything very well with a fork, to harmonize the flavors of all ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds (raw) (sauce for 6 to 8 hours)
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (raw) (sauce for 6 to 8 hours)
  • 1/4 of water
  • 1/4 of finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 chopped red onion
  • 1/4 of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon seaweed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of himalayan salt
  • 1 coffee spoon of dry dill
