dried fish is sold in all markets in Mexico; it is very popular food.

The grilled and ground tomato is fried with the onion and the strained garlic.

Add 1 1/2 liters of water, the washed fish without scales, the epazote and the chopped vegetables, minus the nopales that will have been cooked separately.

it is seasoned with salt and when the vegetables are cooked, the nopales are added.

The eggs are beaten and while the broth is boiling, they are added with a very fine splash.

As soon as the eggs set, it is removed from the heat and served.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of potatoes
  • 50 grams green beans
  • 50 grams diced nopales cooked in salted water and 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 50 grams peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 grams tomato
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 200 grs. topote (dried fish) boneless and clean
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 branch of epazote
