Avocado leaf tea

Avocado leaves are rich in 7 of the 12 essential minerals for the body. Iron source
(a mineral that helps prevent anemia), combines the antioxidant properties of zinc, is rich in calcium, magnesium and manganese (important for bones and muscles) and also has good doses of phosphorus and potassium.
