Preparation

Wash the cod and dry very well.
Pour a little olive oil over the cod, place on the grill and bake.

In a pan, place the previously cooked potatoes for 10 minutes, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake.
When they are roasted, punch them to crush them lightly.

As soon as the cod is golden on both sides, remove from heat.
Make a sauce with olive oil, parsley and garlic.

Pour the oil and garlic parsley sauce over the cod and serve.

Accompany with a salad and the punched potatoes.
