Bay leaf, and consequently tea, is rich in potassium, magnesium and vitamins B6, B9 and C and has a diuretic, antifungal, anti-rheumatic, anti-inflammatory, digestive, stimulant, antioxidant and expectorant action.
Preparation
- 6 bay leaves;
- 500 of boiling water.
- Preparation mode:
- Place the bay leaves in the boiling water and leave covered for about 10 minutes. Then drink the tea 3 to 4 times a day.
