Preparation

In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic and bay leaves and brown.

Add the fish slices, potatoes and enough water to cover everything. Add a pinch of salt, cover and cook.

After the fish and potatoes are cooked, add the coriander and the tomato pulp, wrap and cook until the sauce is fine.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 3 dogfish steaks
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sauce of chopped coriander
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato pulp
