Preparation
Boil the cod in a pan with water.
Let the slices cool and pass them through flour and fry in olive oil.
Bring a skillet to the heat, place the sliced onion and the chopped garlic in oil and let it pop.
Season with salt and pepper, add the pepper to the strips and finally add vinegar (about 2 tablespoons). Let it boil a little.
Fry the sliced potatoes, season with salt.
Arrange the fries on a plate with the cod and pour some of the sauce over it.
Garnish with parsley and olives. Serve hot and have a good appetite!
