Boil the cod in a pan with water.

Let the slices cool and pass them through flour and fry in olive oil.

Bring a skillet to the heat, place the sliced ​​onion and the chopped garlic in oil and let it pop.

Season with salt and pepper, add the pepper to the strips and finally add vinegar (about 2 tablespoons). Let it boil a little.

Fry the sliced ​​potatoes, season with salt.

Arrange the fries on a plate with the cod and pour some of the sauce over it.

Garnish with parsley and olives. Serve hot and have a good appetite!
