arrange the fish and soak it in the milk.
in the meantime heat the oil.
remove the fish from the milk, drain it and pass it through flour.
fry a small amount at a time for 2/3 minutes until golden brown.
drain well on absorbent paper.
serve them with tomato rice and lettuce salad.

- 2 dl of milk
- flour seasoned with salt q.s.
