boil the milk with 150 g of sugar and the vanilla, once it boils, leave the heat to low. beat the egg whites until stiff and add the rest of the sugar. Place meringue flakes in the boiling milk once cooked, remove and reserve. Once all the meringue is cooked add the egg yolks dissolved in a little milk together with the cornstarch and make a sauce. Let cool and serve the sauce with the flakes and sprinkle cinnamon powder

tips
To add the yolks, remove from the heat to prevent them from cutting.
