beat the eggs and sugar for about three minutes. then add the solid ingredients (first bowl) and liquid (second bowl) very slowly.

place the preparation in an oiled or greased pudding mold.

take it to a moderate oven for about thirty minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. then:
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 of cup of first pressure oil (pure)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • mix these ingredients in another bowl. then:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
