Preparation

To prepare the caramel, mix the sugar and the cup of water in a saucepan or pan and put it over low heat, when it takes a point of caramel, remove it from the heat and pour it into a metal mold, covering the entire inside of it.
In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix well and place the mixture in a previously caramelized mold.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
then cool, unmold and cut into individual pieces. Top with caramel sauce.

  • 100 grs. of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
