Preparation

Clean the octopus. In a pressure cooker, add water and place the octopus with a whole onion, studded with cloves.

Cut the octopus into pieces. Peel the tomatoes and crush them. Chop the onion, parsley and garlic.

Sauté in olive oil, in a saucepan, the onion, parsley and garlic.

When the onion is translucent add the tomato and season, leaving on a low heat for 15 minutes.

Finally incorporate the octopus, add the wine and cook for another 15 minutes.

Serve hot with homemade toasted bread. Enjoy your food!

  • 1 large onion
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 dl of white wine
  • Salt.
