Preparation

1.After the baby goat is properly prepared (ask the butcher to get it fixed), cut it all in pieces.
2. the day before leave it in a mariana made with (white wine, paprika, garlic, pepper, olive oil, and salt).
3.in an iron pan that is quite wide, cover the bottom with small whole potatoes. put the baby goat on top, drizzle with the marinade, and top with a chopped onion.
4. rectify the seasonings.
5. Bake at 220º C, for baking and cooking. If you have a better wood oven.

  • 1 1/2 kg of potatoes
