Put the rice to soak in the cold broth for an hour, bring it to the fire to cook for about 25 minutes, adding the potatoes, oil, coriander, salt, pepper and cumin, until the potatoes are soft.
Separately, prepare an omelette with the eggs, let it cool, cut it into squares and add it to the soup.
This preparation is always served with ground beef and slices of ripe.

  • 1 cup of uncooked rice
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg onions, peeled, chopped and ground
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander and parsley
  • 4 beaten eggs (optional)
