Preparation

Put the tuna to sauté, with oil, onion, tomato, garlic, pepper, salt and chilli.

Sauté well and with a wooden spoon, stir occasionally, until the tuna is completely undone.

Add the water. When it boils, add half a cup of rolon, and let it boil until it is refined.

Pour a sauce of finely chopped coriander.

You can replace the rolon with dry cassava flour.
