Preparation

clean and wash the seafood.
cook and peel them, using the water from all of them, and leaving some whole shrimp for decoration.
with the shrimp shells and heads make a good broth.
sauté chopped garlic and onions in oil and margarine, without letting it burn.
add the broth, and the wine bring to a boil and, add the rice (4 cups of broth to 1 of rice) let it cook for 12 minutes, add the chopped seafood and coriander, rectify the seasoning and let it cook for another 3 minutes .
remove the pan from the heat and decorate with some whole prawns.
serve immediately.

if you like, you can add 1 good ripe tomato to the stew, without skins or seeds and chopped.
