Preparation
Mass:
In a pot they are placed to heat: the water, the butter, and the oil. Once it starts to boil, it is removed from the heat and the flour is added, it is mixed well and then the egg is added to form a dough. It is finished mixing.
Place the dough on a floured table and knead it little by little, then cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
After this time, the dough is stretched and cut into circles to which the filling is placed. It is closed by folding and pressing the edges with the tines of the fork, and they are fried in hot oil.
Once they are removed from the oil, sprinkle with sugar.
Filling:
Place all the ingredients little by little on the fire and let it reduce until it forms a creamy paste.

- 3 Tbsp. of oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of water

- 1 green apple, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- cinnamon, raisins to taste.
