Preparation

In a pyrex or ovenproof dish, place the tuna steaks. Add crushed garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper paste, white wine and olive oil, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Take to oven heated to 160 º and cook for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, make an onion: in a saucepan, place the sliced ​​onions, the sliced ​​tomatoes and the oil, bring to a boil until the onion is cooked and the onion is the desired consistency.
If you choose to use a bit of piripiri, add it to the ready-made onion, wrap and let it cook for a few more seconds.
Once ready, place the onions over the steaks, letting them cook for another 10 minutes in the oven.
Remove from heat and serve. It can be accompanied with rice, sweet potatoes, cassava, etc.
