Preparation

Cream:
Beat the cooked and still hot yams with the coconut milk, water, and lemon. the green corn and a pinch of salt, reserve.
Soy:
Remove excess water from the previously hydrated soybean with your hands.
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, then olives and tomatoes.
Let me check for a few minutes.
Add soy protein and seasonings (turmeric, paprika, salt)
Mix the cream and let it give a full-bodied.
Grease a refractory with a little oil and put all this mixture and put it in the oven at 240ºC
until bubbling (boiling).
Remove from the oven and add the chives and chopped parsley, mix well and finish with the straw potato on top
