Preparation

Cook the potatoes until they are soft, drain the water and with a fork mash them well until they form a puree.
Wash the cabbage leaves and chop into very thin pieces, and set aside.
Peel and chop the garlic and onion, leave them aside in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Cut the tofu into cubes.
Bring a pan to medium heat with the oil, garlic and onion until golden brown, add the potato and mix well and add water until you get a broth consistency, add to the broth, the smoked tofu and the cabbage.
Put salt and pepper or other spices to taste. Cook your green broth for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and you're done!
