Preparation
in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with the oil. add all other ingredients and sauté quickly. add the spices and water. as soon as it boils, turn the heat down and let it cook for 30 minutes. wait for it to cool a little and beat in a blender.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 strand of oil to sauté
- 2 chopped skinless tomatoes
- 2 slices of leek
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 3 stems of chopped chives
- 8 small cauliflower bouquets
- 1 diced beetroot
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- salt, pepper, coriander, basil, rosemary and saffron to taste
- Enough water to cover the vegetables
