Preparation

Season the whiting with the garlic and salt and separate.

In a pan, put a little oil and fry the onion, add the parsley, then add the shrimp to brown a little.

Last put the tomato paste and let it boil a little bit,

With the whiting already seasoned, pass the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.

Remove from the pan and place in an ovenproof dish. Do this with all the pieces of fish.

Add the shrimp sauce and on top if you like you can put grated cheese and bake until the sauce boils or melts the cheese.

Serve hot with white rice. Enjoy your food!
