Preparation
Cook the cod.
Once cooked, shred it and bake for 10 minutes in a pyrex.
In the meantime, cook a pan with the lard and the chopped onion until golden.
Season with chili and saffron.
Add the cod and let it sauté a little.
Add the coconut milk and let it boil for a while.
Serve with white rice.

- 400 grs of soaked cod
- 75 grs of lard
