Preparation

This is a very typical Portuguese dish.
The name is trickster, but it is the name given by the people and it is the name that should be called

Everything is prepared in cold and raw.
Take a piece of soaked cod, remove the skin and bones and shred very well.
Dry with a cloth, squeezing out all the water.
On a platter, add the shredded cod, add the finely chopped garlic and onion, add the chopped parsley.
Add the olive oil, you can add vinegar if you prefer.
The oil must be of good quality and in quantity because the cod will absorb
Mix everything well and serve cold
