Preparation

In a pan, boil the cuttlefish in water seasoned with salt, 1 bay leaf, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic. Boil for 20 minutes.

Remove the cuttlefish from the pan, clean the skin and cut it into strips.

In a bowl, combine the cuttlefish with the lemon juice and wine. Marinate for 1 hour.

Dry the cuttlefish strips thoroughly and pass them through the corn flour. In a frying pan, fry them in very hot oil.

Drain excess oil from cuttlefish strips with kitchen paper.

Serve with mayonnaise sauces and accompany salads and chips.
