Preparation
Season the water with salt and bay leaf, place the liver, kidney and chops and bring to a boil.
After boiling, remove and cut everything into pieces.
Place the oil, the margarine, the chopped onion in a frying pan and bring to a high heat.
Add the prepared meat prepared previously, the white wine, the garlic, the pepper and the pepper.
Let it cook until it is toasted.
Then scrape the spleen with a knife and introduce it into the preparation and add the lemon juice as well.
Let it cook for another 15 minutes and it is ready to serve.
It can be accompanied with white rice or cooked cassava.
