Preparation

Pass the onion through olive oil. Put all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat until the squid is tender. Cover the pan and cook over low heat. Add spices to your taste, like parsley, bay leaves, etc. Serve with white rice or boiled potatoes.

  • Olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan
  • A slice of onion
  • 1 Kg of squid
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper
  • 1 sachet of Goya powder
