Preparation

After the tuna is arranged and washed, it is cut into pieces and seasoned with salt and chilli.
Bring a pan to the heat with the lard and chopped onion to sauté. As soon as the onion browns a little, add the tuna.
Allow to sauté a little more and add the coconut milk. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and then pour the core in the rain.
Wrap well and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Once ready, serve immediately.

  • 200 grs of fresh tuna
  • 2 tablespoons full of lard
  • 1 good onion
  • 250 grs of corncob
  • 8 dl of coconut milk
