Preparation

Cook the octopus in a pressure cooker with water and 1 onion for 20 minutes.


In a pan sauté the onion, garlic and bay leaf in olive oil.

Then add the octopus cut into pieces, the tomatoes, the hot chilli (piripiri), the wine, the salt and the pepper; let it cook.

Add the beans.

If necessary, add a little water.

Let it cook and sprinkle with parsley.

Remove from heat and serve with white rice

  • 2 cans of cooked red beans

  • 60 ml of white wine

  • Salt q.s.
  • Pepper q.s.
  • Chopped parsley q.s.
