Preparation

cut the pineapple into 4 pieces, skin and cut each kiwi in half, peel and remove the core from the mango, cutting it into 4 pieces.

peel the bananas and cut them in half. wash the carom and cut them into 4 slices each. put the prepared fruits on 4 wooden skewers. prepare the cream milk, mixing the sugar with the yolks and the whole egg and flour. add the milk and zest of the lemon peel.

bring to a boil over very low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. or else put the mixture in a glass container that can go to the microwave and take it to the microwave for 2 minutes at full power.

beat vigorously with the wire rod and return to the microwave for another 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

put the fruit kebabs on the serving plates, drizzle them with the cream milk and sprinkle with yellow sugar, passed through a mesh strainer.

then burn with a red-hot iron or torch. decorate with mint leaves or lemon thyme.
