Preparation

1. Season the goat with salt, chopped garlic, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and white wine, leave to marinate about two to three hours.
2. Wash the potatoes, and in a pan with water seasoned with a little salt, cook them with the peel.
3. Place the sliced ​​onion at the bottom of a tray and on top of the kid with the marinade and the potatoes with the skin. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
4. Take the pan to the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 50 to 55 minutes.
